Great service Smooth purchase and service thank you . The only slight improvement I can suggest is with the confirmation email. I paid for next day Saturday delivery but was quite upset when the confirmation email said expected delivery the following Tuesday. When I phoned customer services they said everything was fine it was just a standard email, possibly worth changing the wording to avoid this confusion. Wednesday, 07 June 2023
We bought this to match our coast travel system, only used it once so far but appears to be sturdy and covers the baby perfectly whatever the angle. We did have to contact customer services for help as the instructions didn’t explain/ show you had to ‘snap’ something within the metal spring part in order for it to be adjustable. They were extremely helpful and through quick exchange of emails the problem was solved! Once this was done the parasol was flexible and moved to whatever position/ angle required.
